Internal application use terms

Effective October 12, 2026, upon company approval.

This application is operated by BluShift Wireless LLC dba TelekTronics for authorized internal staff. Permission to use it is limited to assigned business duties and may be changed or revoked by the company.

Reports and review

Submit accurate work details and attach media only to the correct job. AI-generated wording, customer suggestions and calculated charges must be reviewed. Uncertain customer identity, quantities, pricing or tax must be resolved before an invoice is approved.

Accounting actions

Only designated human approvers may authorize invoice creation. The application creates invoices without sending them; an authorized human sends them using QuickBooks. A work-report submission, automated summary or AI response is not itself authorization to create or send an invoice.

Account and data handling

Use only assigned access. Do not disclose credentials, bypass approvals, or use customer information outside authorized Telektronics work. Report suspected unauthorized access, incorrect customer matching or duplicate billing promptly.

Connection and support

An authorized QuickBooks user must approve the company connection through Intuit. Disconnecting removes future application access without undoing existing accounting records. Direct application questions to dean@telektronics.com.

QuickBooks remains a separate Intuit service governed by the company’s applicable agreements with Intuit.
