Internal application privacy notice

Effective October 12, 2026, upon company approval.

BluShift Wireless LLC dba TelekTronics operates this application for its own staff and business records. It is not offered as a public accounting service.

Information used

The application uses technician work reports, job dates and locations, time, materials, equipment details, submitted media, and relevant messages or call-derived details. With authorization, it reads QuickBooks customer and product/service records and maintains the references needed to review and reconcile invoices.

Purpose and access

Information is used to identify the correct customer, document work, support human billing review, and reconcile approved invoice creation. Access is restricted to authorized personnel and the systems supporting these functions. Local AI helps structure reports and improve wording; customer identity and charges require review.

QuickBooks data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. It is used for the benefit of Telektronics, the connected QuickBooks customer. Internal work-report delivery may use the company’s configured Microsoft 365 and staff messaging services.

Storage and retention

Work-order evidence is retained in the company’s approved storage and backups for billing review and business recordkeeping. QuickBooks connection credentials are kept separately from technician media. Records are retained as needed for business, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal requirements. Disconnecting QuickBooks does not automatically erase retained business records.

Your questions

Authorized staff can request correction of inaccurate job or customer details and ask about access or retention by contacting dean@telektronics.com. Relevant accounting records may need to remain available even after a connection is removed.

Changes

Material changes will be communicated to the staff who use the application.
